Orders ship Monday to Friday. Please allow up to three working days to dispatch your order.
Working days are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (GMT) not including bank holidays or UK national holidays.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please don't use a PO Box address during checkout.
UK Orders (all tracked)

- Free Courier (Orders over £50) - 1 to 2 working days

- Express International (Tracked) - 3 to 10 working days.
Delays and Refunds
*All shipping times exclude customs delays.
If your order has arrived and it is no longer wanted, please return it in new condition for a refund. Returns can be arranged by emailing email@example.com for further details.
Refunds will only be given for damaged items, or items that have not been delivered where the delivery address is correct. Please note, we will not refund items if you fail to pay necessary taxes and the item is subsequently lost.
Delayed order policy:
- If your order is delayed +5 days or more (see above for expected delivery times) please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org
Customs Taxes, Duties and/or VAT
There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs to your order if your delivery address is not in the UK. These charges are not covered by the original shipping charge or product cost, and Single Needle (we) are not liable for these costs. All import taxes must be paid by the receiving customer. Failure to make payment will result in the item being returned. Should your order be returned due to a failed customs payment, you will be offered a refund minus the combined cost of postage and return postage. Should you wish to receive a replacement, you will be liable for covering the combined postage cost of the return postage and replacement postage. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
If you purchased a tracked delivery service, please see your order confirmation email for you tracking number.
If an order is returned in new condition as it is no longer required, a refund will be issued minus the initial cost of delivery. If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, or the item is not called for, a re-delivery fee will occur.
In the event of a replacement item not arriving, proof of postage will be provided and the refund will be at the digression of Single Needle.
Non-tracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information. Tracked postage means the package is monitored from dispatch to delivery and you will have tracking information.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, please email email@example.com to arrange re-delivery. Please note, customers requiring re-delivery will be liable to pay postage costs (unless Single Needle are at fault).
Single Needle will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if non-tracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
